Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. ground squash
    4 c. ground onions
    4 c. ground bell pepper
    2 or 3 hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix seasonings together and add squash mixture.
    Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
    Makes 10 to 11 pints.
