Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 c. English walnuts, broken
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Cook over low heat until thick. Let cool.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Gently fold in 1 cup cream, whipped.
Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan.
Freeze.
Cut into squares.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
