Deluxe Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer
    1 pt. buttermilk
    flour
    salt and pepper
    canola oil
Preparation
    Cut up and skin fryer.
    Rinse with cold water; drain and cover with buttermilk.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
    Salt and pepper each piece and thoroughly dredge in flour.
    Cook in iron skillet in hot canola oil at below medium to medium heat.
    Cover and turn as needed.
    Chicken will have a very brown crust and taste very juicy, sweet and tender.
