Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
sugar to taste
1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Cook potatoes and mash when done.
Add remaining ingredients. Set aside.
