Chicken With Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 c. uncooked rice
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until light brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
