Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 small onion

Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk, then other ingredients and mix well. Drop in hot fat where fish was cooked.
Cook until golden brown.
