Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced zucchini
1 medium diced onion
3 large eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix zucchini, onion, cheese, Bisquick and seasonings in large bowl.
Pour in large well-greased casserole dish.
Beat eggs and oil together; pour over zucchini mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch square pan.
This dish freezes well, just reheat.
