Butterscotch Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter; add brown sugar and blend.
    Add egg and vanilla, then beat.
    Add flour and baking powder; beat.
    Mixture will be stiff.
    Pour in greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 48 bars.
