Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin or any cut of beef to be grilled
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.
    Refrigerate overnight or let stand at least 2 hours.
    Turn meat occasionally and baste.
    Serve with rice.
