Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp processed cheese (1/2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Melt butter and blend in flour.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add salt, pepper, onion and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
