Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box raisins
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cover raisins with water.
    Boil until plump; drain.
    Add butter, sugar, whipped egg whites, egg yolks, vanilla and vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
