Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Stirring constantly, cook over low heat for about 3 minutes, or just until heated.
    Stir in lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Serve with cooked asparagus, broccoli or other vegetables. Makes about 1 cup.
