Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Boil squash in a small amount of water; drain and mix rest of ingredients.
    Mix together 1/2 cup melted oleo with package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix.
    Line pan with dressing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until warm.
