Garlic-Rosemary Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) lean boneless double loin roast, tied
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Untie roast and trim fat; re-tie roast.
    Rub garlic over surface of roast.
    Combine rosemary, chives and parsley.
    Sprinkle evenly over roast.
    Cover and chill 2 to 4 hours.
