Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped onions
1 rib chopped celery
2 chopped green peppers
1 small cubed eggplant
8 oz. tomato paste
1 qt. liquefied tomatoes
3 Tbsp. honey
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. basil
1 clove minced garlic
Preparation

Saute
first
4 ingredients in water to slightly cover. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended.
Makes 2 quarts.
