Biscuit Stuffing On Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 cans refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
    Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine 1 can cream soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings.
    Separate cans of biscuits into 10 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
    Stir into soup mixture; spoon over meat.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
