Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (thin batter); pour into pan (I use 6-inch cast-iron skillet), sprayed with Pam.
    Pour small amount in center of pan, then tilt pan so batter covers entire surface.
    Remove when top looks dry.
    Do not flip (brown just 1 side).
    Fill with favorite fillings.
    I use pie fillings.
    Place 2 tablespoons in center through diameter, then roll or wrap up.
