Cherry Cream Whip Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cherry pie filling mix
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and condensed milk well in blender.
    Empty into large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Place in refrigerator overnight before serving.
