Raised Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. melted butter or oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    pinch of baking soda
Preparation
    Put first 2 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Beat in flour.
    Cover the bowl. Let stand overnight
    or at least 8 hours (but not in refrigerator).
    When time to cook the waffles, add last 2 ingredients.
    Beat well.
    The batter will be very thin.
    Cook on a waffle iron.
    Makes 6 or more large waffles.
