Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beans
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Wash beans; snap ends off.
    Stick them in canning jars whole with dill on bottom of jar.
    Heat vinegar and water with spices. Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour liquid over beans, leaving air space at top of jar.
    Seal.
    Put jars in boiling water to cover.
    Leave 1 hour.
    Makes 4 pints.
