Beef Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) shoulder roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup, made with beef stock
    1/2 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soups and seasonings.
    Mix well. Place roast in roasting pan. Pour soup mixture over roast.
    Cover well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    This can be served over rice or creamed potatoes.
