Succotash(Fresh Shell Beans) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 1/2 c. fresh or 2 cans shell beans
 
corn kernels (cut from 3 ears of corn) or 12 oz. can corn Niblets
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            If using fresh shell beans, add water to cover.
 
Mix all ingredients and simmer over low heat until beans are very soft and liquid is nearly gone and slightly thickened.
