Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. sliced Muenster cheese
 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained and water squeezed out
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Layer pie plate with Muenster cheese.
 
Mix well-drained spinach, Ricotta cheese and spices together.
Pour over cheese layer.
Add additional layer of Muenster cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
