Ingredients

Sugar cookie dough
cream cheese
milk
bananas
pineapple
kiwi fruit
peaches
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. pineapple
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Roll out sugar cookie dough into a large circle. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool.
Spread with cream cheese that has been thinned with a little milk. Arrange chunks, wedges, or slices of fresh or canned fruit that has been
drained.
Glaze with one cup of pineapple juice thickened with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch.
