Quick Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into an 8-inch square cake pan.
Make 3 craters in dry ingredients and put oil in one, vinegar in the other and vanilla in the last one.
Pour water over the top and, with a fork, mix until well blended and no dry ingredients are showing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not remove from pan.
Cool on rack and frost with favorite frosting.
