Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (2 to 4 oz.) pkg. dried chipped beef, shrimp or crab
1/2 bunch green onions
Preparation

Leave cheese on counter to get soft, while chopping meat and onions.
Chop meat and spread out on a dinner plate and set aside. Chop green part only of the green onions.
Put softened cheese into a bowl and add the onions and mix by hand.
Roll into 1 big ball and roll ball onto the meat until covered.
Chill.
