Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    12 slices pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 pkg. cake mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to cake package directions.
    Blend margarine, sugar and syrup in a 2 x 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange pineapple slices on blended mixture and heat in oven for 15 minutes.
    While heating, mix cake batter as directed.
    Pour over heated ingredients and bake 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
    Invert pan, let stand 1 minute and remove pan.
