Quick Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. lean ground beef, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni beef flavor
1/2 c. salsa
1 tsp. chili powder
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation

In large skillet, prepare Rice-A-Roni as package directs.
Add browned ground beef, salsa and chili powder and continue cooking over low heat 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
