Crunchy Peanut Butter Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. WIC cereal
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. margarine
    15 large (1 1/2 c. mini) marshmallows
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine cereal and coconut; set aside.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, combine peanut butter, margarine and marshmallows; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows are melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cereal and coconut.
    Quickly drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
    Cool completely.
    Store in refrigerator.
