Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck, round or shoulder roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom sauce, cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Place roast in roasting pan; sprinkle with onion soup.
    Spread mushroom sauce on top.
    Bake for 1 to 2 hours or until done.
