Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3 c. boiling water
    3 bouillon cubes
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. celery
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Brown 4 pork chops and remove from pan.
    Pour into skillet 3 cups boiling water, 3 bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup uncooked rice, 1/2 cup celery and dash of Tabasco. Place pork chops on rice.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes.
