Country Kitchen Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans chicken broth
    1 chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; debone and cut in bite size pieces. Saute onions and peppers in margarine.
    Stir in stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup and broth.
    Put layer of chicken over stuffing mix, then 1/2 soup mixture.
    Repeat layers. Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
