One Bowl Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. sugar
    9 Tbsp. flour
    3/8 tsp. salt
    6 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
    Stir in egg whites and extract.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Top with 1/2 cherry.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes 65 cookies.
