Cheatin' Cheese Biscuits(Reduced Fat, No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks lite butter (low-fat)
    1 lb. fat free sharp grated cheese
    1 lb. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cream the butter and then add the remaining ingredients. Mixture is very stiff.
    Chill, then roll it on waxed paper, cut or squeeze it through a cookie press.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
