Fruit Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. kosher plain gelatin
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. raw cashews
    3 c. frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, peaches, blueberries, etc.)
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soak
    pineapple
    juice
    in blender while boiling water. When water
    boils,
    whiz ingredients in blender briefly.
    Add cashews and
    half
    of
    boiling
    water
    to mixture in blender. Blend smooth.
    Add all except frozen fruit and blend.
    Gradually
    add and blend frozen fruit.
    Pour into container(s) and refrigerate or serve immediately.
    Makes 5 cups.
