Chicken And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 bag rice
    1 onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. croutons
    1 box cauliflower
    1 lb. boneless chicken
Preparation
    Fry chicken and then cut into bite size pieces.
    Melt margarine in a saucepan. Saute onion, then add thawed vegetables. Stir in soup and sour cream. Add croutons.
    Add cooked rice, chicken and mushrooms.
    Put into a baking dish. Sprinkle more croutons on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until casserole is warm and the croutons have browned.
