Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic
3 green onions, chopped fine tops included
your choice thin sliced meats (such as Buddig)
Preparation

Mix cheese, onions and garlic together well.
Spread a little on the slices of meat (fold each slice in half or diagonal, depending on how you want the finished roll up to look) and roll the meat with the filling in the center.
Makes 16 or more, depending on how much filling you want in each hors d'oeuvre and whether you want to add thin spears of pickle, celery or even green onion for variety.
