Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, seasoned with salt and butter and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 grated onion
    1 pkg. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and place in casserole dish.
    Put grated cheese on top. Put crushed crackers on top of cheese and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0 (or until it is bubbly and topping is brown).
