Homemade Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    few drops of oil of wintergreen
Preparation
    Mix flour and enough water to make a thin, creamy mixture. Boil slowly for 4 or 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add a little water if too thick.
    Add oil of wintergreen so the paste will stay fresh; cool.
    Store in tightly covered container.
