Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    1 stick margarine
    3 containers whipping cream
    2 c. Romano cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    While noodles are cooking, heat butter in double boiler until melted.
    Stir in cream, 1 cup Romano cheese and salt.
    Heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
    Drain noodles.
    Toss with cream mixture, adding remaining cup of Romano cheese and pepper until evenly coated. Sauce thickens after mixed with noodles and sets for a while.
