Short-Cut Halupki(Cabbage Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small head cabbage (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook rice in water until water is gone, then cool it at least 10 minutes.
    In a large
    bowl beat egg, and mix in rice, meat, onion, garlic powder,
    and
    salt.
    Cut cabbage into thin wedges.
