Ingredients

1 c. chopped jalapenos
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
1 box Certo
1 medium green pepper
6 c. vinegar
green food coloring
Preparation

Remove seeds from peppers and put in blender.
Add the seedless, chopped green pepper and puree.
Pour into heavy pan of sugar.
I rinse the blender down with the vinegar and then pour into pan to cook.
Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add Certo and a few drops of food coloring. Skim off any foam and pour immediately into jars.
I prefer the 4-ounce jars.
Will make about 10 to 12 jars.
