Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 jalapenos or Serrano chiles, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
    juice of 1 lime
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.
    Cover surface directly with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
