Golfer'S Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large super size Cool Whip
2 small or 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and nuts in long Pyrex dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Spread cream mixture on top of cool crust. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate.
