Sunny Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. orange or lemon gelatin
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 can peach slices or pears
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups boiling water over gelatin.
    Stir in cream cheese and beat with a beater.
    Add 3 cups of juice from peaches plus cold water.
    Add fruit and put in refrigerator.
    Fruit will sink to the bottom, gelatin will form a middle layer and lightened cheese will rise to the top.
