Breaded Tenderloin Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless pork chops
    2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. milk
Preparation
    First, beat egg and milk until beaten.
    Then pound pork chops about 1/8-inch thick.
    Dip pork chop in egg mixture and then in cracker crumbs.
    Place in fryer in medium hot oil until golden brown.
