Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 lb. ground beef or bulk Italian sausage
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    For crust, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine 1 egg, Parmesan cheese and margarine. Stir in hot spaghetti.
    Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch plate. Drain cottage cheese .
    Combine with 1 egg. Spread over crust. Set aside.
    In a large skillet, cook meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown. Drain fat.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    Heat through.
    Spoon over cottage cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese melts and crust sets.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
    Serves 4 or 5.
