Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 stalks celery (leaves included), cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 c. water
    2 envelopes instant broth mix
    2 tsp. nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Cook celery until soft.
    Add broth mix.
    Pour into blender. Add milk and blend 10 to 15 seconds. Reheat and serve.
