Sausage Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sausage (mild)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, crumble and drain it; cool.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Put into buttered 8 x 12-inch casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
