Prize Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. gud shortenin'
    1/2 c. watah 'r more
    1 tsp. sugah
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. bakin' powder
Preparation
    Put everthang 'ceptin' watah in a bowl 'n mix wid a pastry cutter til hit looks lak meal...then very gradually add watah (mixin' all the while wid the cutter) til thoroughly mixed 'n can be handled reel easy with the hands 'n will form into a ball. Role out as needed 'n can be kept in the ice box fur 4 to 5 days.
